Pure Iordan was born from a personal story, from a moment of slowing down, reflection, and rediscovery. After a period in which life called for rest and recovery, the calm of Danish waters and the closeness of fishing opened a new path: a path toward a deeper understanding of the sea, its rhythm, and the true value of fish when it is respected.

During that time, the sea became a place of reconnection. That is where the idea of Pure Iordan began: the desire to bring closer the beauty, truth, and benefits of wild fish, carefully selected and offered with sincerity, as a treasure of Nordic waters, carrying story, origin, and real value.

Our name, Pure Iordan, reflects the authentic and pure concept of “bio,” a word often associated with organic, but which here expresses something deeper: natural, wild, alive. From the word “bios,” meaning “life,” this idea speaks about life in its purest form, within a clean and authentic marine ecosystem. Pure Iordan therefore stands for respect for nature, for origin, and for the untouched beauty of the sea.

In this story, we also discovered the nutritional value of fish, including Omega-3 fatty acids, which many regard as one of the most valuable allies of the mind, a kind of preferred fuel for the brain. This discovery strengthened even more our belief that well-chosen fish holds value both through its taste and through what it offers to the body.
