Our Origin and Philosophy:
Our name, Pure Iordan, reflects the authentic and pure concept of “bio”, a word often associated with organic, but here it means natural, wild. From the Latin word bios, meaning “life”, bio represents life in its purest form in a pristine marine ecosystem – a symbol of the harmony between man and nature, a standard for sustainability on Earth. Located in the heart of Denmark, a place blessed with clean waters and a centuries-old tradition of responsible fishing, Pure Iordan guarantees that our fish reaches your table without being “dirty” by any form of media filtration or industrial process. On the contrary, we are proud to offer you wild, fresh and nutritious fish, a true feast for the mind and body. Here we stick to the motto: “Always fresh, never frozen.”

We are dedicated to the principles of sustainable fishing, recognized through the MSC certification (Marine Stewardship Council), and thus contribute to the preservation of marine biodiversity and support for fishing communities.

Our Mission: A Journey Inspired by Stories
Pure Iordan’s journey began as a result of a personal story of recovery and discovery. After a head injury that required rest and rehabilitation, I found peace in fishing in Danish waters during my recovery. While recovering, I also discovered the invaluable values of fish, which not only aid in recovery, but also in revitalizing the mind and body. This was the birth moment of Pure Iordan, a company dedicated to sharing the benefits and beauty of fish with the rest of the world.
Ordering Guide
Orders can be placed until Wednesday at 8:00 PM for delivery on Friday in insulated boxes with ice to guarantee the freshness of the fish for the weekend. Although we are currently limiting ourselves to one delivery per week, this is due to our commitment to providing fish that is “Always fresh, never frozen”.
