PRODUCT AND SERVICES

At Pure-Iordan, we strive to deliver fresh fish directly to your door under optimal conditions. Our products are specialized in fresh fish – either whole, filleted or fillet with skin – delivered in insulated boxes with ice. In line with our commitment to always offer “always fresh, never frozen”, we make deliveries once a week, specifically on Fridays.

ORDERS AND PAYMENT

Orders must be placed no later than Wednesday at 8:00 PM to be delivered on Friday by 7:00 PM. All orders placed after Wednesday at 20:00 are processed for delivery the following week. Payment can be made via Visa, Mastercard, Dankort Mobile Pay and PayPal. We ensure transaction security through the payment platforms………

DELIVERY

Currently, we only offer delivery in Aalborg. Deliveries are made every Friday until 19:00. Delivery costs are 54 kr, but we offer free delivery for orders over 900 kr. Delivery is made to the address specified when ordering. If you have a code for the building door, please provide us with this code. If you are not home at the time of delivery and the door is locked, we will try to contact neighbors to leave the package at your door. After the package has been left at the specified address, we will send you a photo as proof of delivery.

COMPLAINTS

If the product received does not meet expectations, please contact us within 24 hours at info@bio-danfish.com. We will only consider complaints that are accompanied by photos of the damaged product.

WITHDRAWAL RIGHT

Due to the perishable nature of our products and the crucial importance of maintaining the cold chain, we cannot accept returns of products once they have been delivered. If you find that the product received is damaged or does not correspond to the description, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt.

INTERRUPTIONS IN DELIVERY DUE TO WEATHER

Due to unforeseen conditions at sea, it may happen that we are unable to obtain fish due to the impossibility of fishing. In such cases, we will send an email to each customer who has already placed an order. The customer can choose to accept delivery in the following days or receive a refund. If you choose to receive a refund and wish to inform us of this decision, please send an email. Refund will be made within 3 working days.

We take the protection of your personal data seriously. You can find detailed information about how we collect, store and protect your data in our Privacy Policy.

CHANGES TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These terms and conditions may be changed or updated at any time. However, we will only comply with the terms and conditions that are valid from the date of your order to the date of the last delivery. We encourage you to check this page regularly to stay updated on any changes.

These terms do not transfer from Pure-Iordan to you any of our or any third party’s intellectual property rights, and all right, title and interest in and to such property will remain (as between the parties) solely with Pure-Iordan and our licensors. The name Pure-Iordan, the Pure-Iordan logo and all other trademarks, service marks, graphics and logos used in connection with Pure-Iordan or our website are trademarks or registered trademarks of Pure-Iordan or Pure-Iordan’s licensors. Other trademarks, service marks, graphics and logos used in connection with our website may be trademarks of other third parties.

Images, graphic design, product descriptive texts and visual content presented on the Pure-Iordan website are also exclusively owned by Pure-Iordan or used with permission from our licensors and are protected by copyright law, trademark law and other intellectual property laws and treaties.
