7. Delivery
Delivery is carried out in the areas and within the timeframes communicated by Pure Iordan, depending on logistical organization and product availability.
Products are packed appropriately for food transport, with reasonable measures taken to maintain temperature and protect freshness during transport.
The client is responsible for:
- providing a correct and complete delivery address;
- providing valid contact details;
- providing, where applicable, an access code, intercom details, or other information necessary for delivery;
- being available to receive the products.
If delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect or incomplete information or because the recipient is unavailable, Pure Iordan cannot be held responsible for any consequences arising after the delivery could no longer be completed under normal conditions.
8. Receipt of products
Upon receiving the order, the client must check without delay:
- the integrity of the packaging;
- the general condition of the products;
- conformity with the confirmed order;
- any visible damage.
Perishable products must be stored immediately under appropriate refrigeration or freezing conditions, as applicable.
9. Storage conditions and client responsibility
After delivery, responsibility for proper storage of the products rests with the client. In order to maintain quality and food safety, the products must be handled and stored properly immediately after receipt.
Pure Iordan is not responsible for product deterioration caused by improper storage after delivery, including delayed refrigeration, improper storage, or improper handling by the client.
10. Complaints and non-conformities
If the delivered product shows visible damage, quality issues, or does not match the confirmed order, the client must contact Pure Iordan as soon as possible, preferably within 24 hours of receipt, at: info@pure-iordan.com.
For the complaint to be assessed, Pure Iordan may request:
- clear photos of the product;
- photos of the packaging;
- the product label, if available;
- details regarding the date and time of receipt;
- information regarding storage after delivery.
Complaints submitted after an unreasonable period of time or without sufficient supporting evidence may make proper assessment difficult or impossible.
11. Right of withdrawal
Given the nature of the products sold by Pure Iordan, namely perishable food products that may deteriorate rapidly, the right of withdrawal does not apply in the cases provided by law for such goods.
If the product received is damaged, non-compliant, or does not match the confirmed order, the client must follow the complaint procedure set out in these terms.
12. Exceptional situations and limited availability
Pure Iordan cannot be held responsible for delays, changes, or the inability to fulfill orders in situations beyond its reasonable control, including:
- adverse weather conditions;
- impossibility of fishing;
- temporary lack of catch;
- logistical delays;

- other exceptional circumstances.
In such cases, the client will be informed as soon as possible, and the parties will attempt to identify a reasonable solution.

Fish and fish products may constitute allergens. Persons suffering from food allergies, intolerances, or having special requirements are kindly asked to request additional information before placing an order.
